Ryanair concluded a deal with OnAir to outfit its fleet of more than 200 737s with OnAir's onboard mobile communications solution. Subject to regulatory approval, Ryanair passengers will be able to call and send and receive text and e-mail messages using their mobile phones and PDAs.
