SAS Scandinavian Airlines said last week that it intends to sell its 75% holding in its Rezidor SAS Hospitality Group hotels unit via an IPO set to occur by year end. No new Rezidor shares will be issued via the IPO. Carlson Hotels Worldwide, which currently owns 25%, will increase its stake to 35% through the purchase of shares from SAS.
