Swiss European Air Lines has been issued its Air Operator's Certificate by the Swiss Federal Office for Civil Aviation, allowing it to begin operations Nov. 1 (ATWOnline, Oct. 11). The wholly owned Swiss subsidiary will operate wet-lease services in the European market on behalf of its parent company and will serve some 30 destinations.
