Ryanair yesterday again encouraged Aer Lingus employees to accept its €2.80 per share offer for the flag carrier (ATWOnline, Oct. 24) as press reports surfaced that EI CEO Dermot Mannion told union representatives, "We have no option but to further reduce costs.
