Frontier Airlines entered into a letter of intent to sell six of its 47 A319s to VTB Leasing, which will place the aircraft with Rossiya. The parties previously had agreed to the transfer of two A319s and two A318s (ATWOnline, March 24). The revised agreement calls for VTB to purchase the six A319s next month.
