Airbus and parent EADS yesterday selected "preferred bidders" for the partial divestiture of six industrial plants to "partners," tabbing GKN, Latecoere and MT Aerospace. The company plans to sell outright to GKN the wing component and subassembly manufacturing part of its Filton plant in the UK.
