The European Union (EU) has lifted its ban on Philippine low-cost carrier (LCC) Cebu Pacific, enabling it to re-establish scheduled flights to Europe. The LCC, which was banned from flying to EU destinations in 2010, becomes the second Philippine carrier to have restrictions lifted following an audit by inspectors.
