By Rob Finlayson Jakarta-based low-cost carrier (LCC) Mandala Airlines (RI) relaunched operations Thursday with international service from Medan (MES), Indonesia to Singapore after undergoing financial restructuring last year (ATW Daily News, Sept. 27).
