Switzerland-based regional SkyWork Airlines will postpone plans to transfer flight operations to German partner MHS Aviation’s air operator’s certificate (AOC) from Feb.1 until Oct. 31. Last year, MHS Aviation took a 40% stake in SkyWork, which faced a potential shutdown after Swiss civil aviation authority BAZL demanded a capital increase to provide financial security of SkyWork for the coming winter months.
