Mexico’s new carrier, Regional Air Transport, or TAR, will launch March 3 with a fleet of three Embraer E-145s out of its home base of Puebla into Monterrey and Guadalajara.  The new carrier is to take delivery of three additional aircraft of the type at the second half of this year.
