Continental Airlines launched service to five new Caribbean/Latin destinations over the weekend: From Houston, weekly service to Bonaire and twice-weekly flights to Punta Cana on Dec. 16; and from Newark, weekly service to Liberia, Costa Rica, and Curacao the following day.
