Austrian Airlines plans to resume services to Iranian capital Tehran, following the country’s return to stability. Austrian becomes the third Star alliance carrier to serve Tehran with Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines. The carrier will operate 5X-weekly Vienna-Tehran service from March 11, pending final regulatory approval.
