Germania has confirmed to ATW it will end a wet-lease contract with airberlin on two Boeing 737-700s by the end of the summer schedule. The Germania spokesperson added the returned aircraft will be integrated into the carrier’s current fleet from winter 2013/14. No further fleet details have been given. Germania also provides Airbus A319s for West Africa’s Gambia Bird and has been named as the first operating airline at the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport.
