Boeing said Monday it has agreed to acquire Summit Aeronautics Group, a supplier of titanium and hard metal structures for Boeing aircraft including the 787. Terms were not disclosed. Helena, Montana-based Summit, which employs 135, works on 747-8 fail-safe bars, 787 door edge frames and 767 main-landing-gear beams.
