In a filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange Friday, Air China said it had agreed to buy four 777-300ERs valued at $1.15 billion to expand its fleet's capacity. It said the transaction would not have any significant impact on its cash flow or operations. The aircraft will be delivered in 2013 and 2014, it said.
