Russia’s aviation authorities will ban Turkmenistan Airlines from Russian airspace Sept. 19 because of debts to local air traffic management. On Sept. 14 the carrier’s debt reached $220,000, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, said in a statement.
