Italy has completed its listing of Italian air navigation services provider (ANSP) ENAV on the Italian stock exchange, valuing the company at approximately €1.8 billion ($2 billion).

ENAV, which was 100% owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finances, provides civil air traffic services for 43 Italian airports and the whole of the country’s airspace from four area control centers. The company handles around 1.8 million flights a year.

“Calculated on the basis of the offer price and the institutional price of €3.30 per share, the market capitalization of the company is approximately €1,788 million,” ENAV said.

ENAV will start trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario segment of the Italian stock exchange, Borsa Italiana, on July 26.
