Kuwaiti lessor Aviation Lease and Finance Co. (ALAFCO) has switched 10 of the Airbus A320neos it has on order for the larger A321neo. The conversion, which is linked with a 2012 order for 85 A320neos, was signed July 14 at the Farnborough Airshow.
