Donghai Airlines plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) in May 2016 on the Shanghai Stock Exchange to fund its rapid fleet expansion. The Shenzhen-based carrier is making various preparations for its IPO launch next year despite a suspension of an IPO application in July.
