FUNCTIONALITY AND ONLINE ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

NEW YORK (16 March 2010) — Air Transport World, a Penton Media publication and the leading monthly magazine covering the global airline industry, today announced its plans for a complete redesign of its companion website, www.atwonline.com and newsletters ATW Daily News, ATW’s Eco-Aviation Today, and ATW’s Airports Today. The redesign will officially launch on 3 May 2010.

The new website will feature improved navigation that allows the user to find information quickly and easily, including daily news, current information on each of its newsletters, webinars and podcasts, and ATW magazine articles. Content on the site will still be organized into Channels, allowing viewers to see all news and articles related to a particular area of focus. The site will still include reader polls, industry products from the ATW Shop, and calendar of events, but the new website will make these areas easier to locate.

Improved advertising opportunities now allow companies to target their ads more effectively to the user experience, and increased optimization of the www.atwonline.com site provides improved placement on search engine result pages. The new site will better integrate with webinars, as these content-rich experiences continue to grow in popularity by viewers and advertisers alike.
