Air Malta has named Louis Giordimaina as designate CEO, succeeding outgoing CEO Peter Davies, as of Jan. 1, 2014. Davies, who has overseen a tough restructuring program to get the loss-making national carrier back on track, comes to the end of his three-year contract in March 2014.
