France’s Zodiac Aerospace has struck a deal to acquire US cabin and aircraft modification specialist Northwest Aerospace Technologies (NAT). In a statement, Zodiac Aerospace said it has “entered into a definitive agreement with the shareholders of NAT to acquire the company.” Everett, Wash.-headquartered NAT was formed in 1997 and specializes in commercial aircraft modifications that require regulatory agency approval.
