US Airways presented its case for a takeover of Delta Air Lines yesterday to DL management and representatives of its creditors' committee (ATWOnline, Nov. 29). US Airways Chairman and CEO Doug Parker said, "We reviewed our offer and had a chance to engage in discussions on the many facets of this proposal.
