Airline ticket sales through the Arlington, Va.-based Airlines Reporting Corp. plunged for a second month in February as total sales (fares plus taxes, fees and charges) dropped 26.1% year-over-year to $5.32 billion while total fares fell 28.3% to $4.44 billion.
