Thai Airways has launched Panasonic Avionics/AeroMobile exPhone service onboard 14 Boeing 777-300ER and 747-400 aircraft. The inflight connectivity solution will allow passengers to make and receive calls, send and receive SMS text messages, and use GPRS service for email and Internet access. The AeroMobile network becomes active at 19,685 ft. and can be used throughout the flight while at cruising altitude.
