ST Aerospace said it acquired the remaining 30% equity in ST Aerospace Training Academy it did not own, through its ST Aerospace Engineering subsidiary. The stake was acquired for S$4 million ($3 million) in cash from Aviation Training Academy (Singapore). The academy was launched in 2007 and in addition to providing conventional ab initio and commercial pilot license training, is developing a Multi-Crew Pilot License program.
