European Commission is warning seven EU members that it will take them before the European Court of Justice because they have not adopted EU aviation emissions legislation. Cyprus, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia have been asked to speed up adoption of legislative and administrative measures necessary for inclusion of the aviation sector in the EU’s Emissions Trading System.
