Dunlop Aircraft Tyres signed an MOU with Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. and Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co. to establish a tire retreading facility in Jinjiang. Dunlop will be majority partner of the venture, which is scheduled to be operational in early 2009.
