US FAA Assistant Administrator-Aviation Policy, Planning and Environment Dan Elwell will leave the agency to become US Aerospace Industries Assn. VP-civil aviation effective July. 7. Aer Lingus named Ryanair Director-Scheduled Revenue Sean Coyle as its new CFO. He will join EI on Aug. 11.
