Alaska Airlines will spend $3.5 million to upgrade its terminal at Nome. Work on renovating and expanding the passenger lobby by nearly 1,500 sq. ft. and upgrading the secured passenger area, cargo facility, ground service equipment area, parking lot and water and sewer line connections will begin in June and conclude in March 2007.
