DAL Global Services of Atlanta, a Delta Air Lines subsidiary, will lay off 385 employees at Philadelphia International by March 15 because it lost cleaning contracts with US Airways and United Airlines, according to a letter to Pennsylvania state authorities cited by The Philadelphia Inquirer .
