Australia's SkyAirWorld suspended all operations, according to a statement cited by ABC News in which CEO David Charlton said the Brisbane-based carrier is committed to restructuring in the coming weeks and still plans to launch E-190 flights from Perth to Christmas Island and Cocos-Keeling Islands...
