The UFO union on Friday called its first 8-hr. strike at Frankfurt Airport, which resulted in the cancellation of 190 flights and affected 26,000 passengers (ATW Daily News, Aug. 31). Union representatives said it will announce which airports will be affected 6 hr. before the strike continues Tuesday.
