LHT says demand soon may exceed supply of landing gear MRO

There is a potential capacity crunch looming for landing gear MRO, according to Lufthansa Technik Director-Business Unit, Landing Gear Hamburg Michael Kirstein. Maintenance capacity has not increased lately, he said, while the global market for landing gear MRO continues to grow and is set to peak in 2009-11.
