Pinnacle's third-quarter profit down slightly to $9.4 million

Pinnacle Airlines Corp., the Memphis-based parent of regionals Pinnacle Airlines, Colgan Air and Mesaba Aviation, reported third-quarter net income of $9.4 million, down 17.5% from an $11.4 million profit in the year-ago period, as revenue climbed 39.1% to $302.3 million.
