West African Ivory Coast carrier Air Cote d`Ivoire is expected to launch operations from Abidjan (ABJ) Nov. 12, delayed from July. The airline is a partnership with Air France (AF), the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) and the economic development agency of the Aga Khan Development Network (ATW Daily News, May 21).
