Lufthansa yesterday confirmed a second-quarter net profit of €116 million and an operating result of €279 million (ATWOnline, Aug. 10). Revenues rose 4.3% to €4.55 billion. For the six months, operating profit was €253 million while net result was a breakeven €0.2 million.
