Hebei Airlines launched based on assets of Dongbei Air

Hebei Airlines was launched successfully on June 29 using the assets of Dongbei Air. The airline operates one A319 and two ERJ-145s on domestic routes from the capital of Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang, to Qinhuangdao, Guilin, Shanghai, Chengdu and Hohhot. Hebei Chairman Wang Sheping noted the carrier will expand the fleet to 10 aircraft by year end and to 20 by 2015.
