Flybe, Finnair receive approval to acquire Finnish Commuter Airlines

The proposed acquisition of Finnish Commuter Airlines by Flybe Nordic, a new joint venture between Flybe Group and Finnair, received the necessary competition clearances from relevant authorities in Finland, Flybe said in a statement.
