Delta cleared to buy 4.17% stake in Aeromexico

Aeromexico (AM) said Monday that Delta Air Lines’ (DL) $65 million investment in the Mexico City-based airline, first revealed last year, has been authorized by relevant government officials, enabling DL to take a 4.17% stake in AM.
