Air New Zealand named Group GM-Airlines Rob Fyfe as CEO succeeding Ralph Norris, who left the company in August to become head of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Fyfe joined ANZ in early 2003 as CIO about a year after Norris was appointed CEO. He was promoted to group GM later that year.
