Low-cost carrier Norwegian Air Shuttle has secured an agreement from Boeing to beef up maintenance teams for its fleet of 787 Dreamliners following a series of technical problems that has seen the Scandinavian carrier repeatedly having to lease short-notice replacement aircraft.
