Embraer’s first production E190-E2, painted in the livery of Norwegian regional launch customer Wideroe, left the assembly line March 12 and is slated for delivery April 4.

In a statement, Embraer said the aircraft is entering the final phase of preparation before it begins flight tests. The Brazilian manufacturer added that everything is proceeding on schedule for first delivery.

Embraer received triple type certification for the E190-E2 on Feb. 28 from three regulators: Brazil’s ANAC, the US FAA and Europe’s EASA.
