Dallas-based Southwest Airlines and its flight attendants have reached a new tentative agreement on a successor contract, the airline announced Sept. 9. Southwest’s 14,500 flight attendants are represented by Dallas-based Transport Workers Union (TWU) Local 556. Neither Southwest nor TWU Local 556 released details of the agreement.
