Spring Airlines plans to raise CNY4.5 billion ($735 million) to expand its Airbus A320 fleet. The Shanghai-based carrier will circulate no more than 38.396 million A shares at CNY117.2 per share. According a statement released by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Spring Airlines is expected to purchase 21 Airbus A320 aircraft.
