Santiago-based LATAM Airlines Group has reported a first-quarter net loss of $41.3 million, reversed from a net income of $42.7 million in the year-ago quarter. The company said the results were due to non-recurring costs related to fleet restructuring. Excluding the one-off costs, it made a net profit of $80.7 million, up 88.7% over a net profit of $42.7 million in the year-ago quarter.
