Russia’s Avialeasing investment company has filed a bankruptcy motion against UTair Airline, according to the arbitration court of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The Perm-based investment company is seeking to recover RUB3.5 million ($67,000) from UTair. The dispute between UTair and Avialeasing has been ongoing for several years.
