Russia’s Aeroflot Group has named its new low-cost carrier (LCC) “Pobeda,” which translates to “victory” in Russian. The carrier is expected to operate its first flight from Moscow Vnukovo Airport to Volgograd Nov. 17. Ticket sales will begin Nov. 1. The LCC plans to fly from Moscow to Surgut, Perm, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Kazan, Volgograd, Belgorod and Tyumen.
