Republic Airways Holdings (RAH) posted a 2012 net profit of $34.9 million, reversed from a net loss of $90.6 million in 2011. Indianapolis-based RAH owns Republic Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Chautauqua Airlines and Shuttle America. It said restructuring done at Frontier in 2011 and restructuring ongoing at Chautauqua have helped the company return to profitability.
