Boeing booked 1,355 net commercial aircraft orders and delivered 648 aircraft in 2013, the company said Monday. According to the manufacturer, the orders mark the second best year in company history, exceeding 2012’s previous second-best-ever high of 1,203 net orders, but not yet matching Boeing’s peak year (2007), when net aircraft orders reached 1,413.
